1. Sponsor
The DOGSTAR Fan Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by the DOGSTAR Giveaway team ("Sponsor"). All questions or correspondence regarding the Giveaway should be sent to dogstargiveaway@icloud.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, and the European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, the DOGSTAR band, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with the production of the Giveaway are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted during the dates listed on the homepage. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the entry period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Visit the Giveaway website and complete the official entry form with accurate information, including your full name, valid email address, and contact details. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
6. Prizes
Prizes include a VIP concert experience with two (2) premium tickets, a backstage meet & greet, a signed merchandise bundle (vinyl, poster, and tour T-shirt), and full tour tickets to a DOGSTAR 2026 tour date of the winner's choice, subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the announcement date posted on the homepage. Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Prize Claim
To claim a prize, the winner must email dogstargiveaway@icloud.com with their full name and prize details as instructed in the confirmation email. Sponsor may require a winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release prior to prize delivery.
9. Travel & Travel-Related Prizes
Where a prize includes concert attendance, the winner is responsible for all transportation, accommodation, meals, taxes, and personal expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to our Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties.
11. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, the DOGSTAR band, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
