What We Collect

When you enter the giveaway, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. For anti-spam, we also store a hashed IP address and your browser user agent.

How We Use It

Solely to administer the giveaway, notify the winner, ship the prize, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your information.

How It's Stored

Entry data is stored in our secure managed database with TLS encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized administrators.

Retention

We retain entry data for the duration of the giveaway and up to 12 months afterward, after which entries are deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing dogstargiveaway@icloud.com.
